The camp staff is made up of deaf and hard of hearing citizens who

San Francisco Senior Center offers a regular program for deaf seniors
on Thursdays which includes speakers and presentations on subjects of interest
to the participants. Day trips and an occasional overnight trip, bingo,
and social interaction are all offered by the Senior Center. The

The DHH program has two components: Designated Instructional Services
(DIS) and Regional Secondary Deaf Program (RSDP). DIS is an itinerant
model service DHH students in their regular, resource specialist, or special
day classes countrywide on a direct or consultative basis – or both.
RSDP serves middle school DHH students at Santa Rosa Middle school and
high school DHH students at Santa Rosa High School. Each site has
a classroom which is a RSP/SDC environment or simply a “home base” for
mainstreamed Deaf students. One teacher serves both sites.

Residential school for severely emotionally disabled deaf youth. The
deaf and hard-of-hearing program includes clinicians, residential supervisors
